Please use the form below to request mass or candle intentions for the year. Your loved one/s will be remembered at an Our Lady of the Holy Rosary mass during the Prayers of the Faithful, one family per daily mass. Requested masses will be honored if available. If a requested mass is not available or in the event a mass is canceled, an intention will be scheduled at the closet date available. You will be emailed a notification.

Suggested stipend is $5 per mass intention . 

Candles in the church sanctuary or adoration chapel are lit for one week at a time and the Lake Chapel is lit every two weeks. They burn from Sunday to Saturday. The candles are first come first serve. Due to the limited amount of candles we ask that you pick one candle for your intention in either the Church Sanctuary, Adoration Chapel, or Lake Chapel.
